"The Wendigo creature is extremely thin and emaciated, and it reeks of a mixture of death and mold. It lives in the heart of winter, in deserted arctic regions, where it hunts and devoures the unfortunate isolated travelers  who cross its territory. It is said that the Wendigo curse started with a famished unter who ate his children to survive and was turned into this horrible beast, forever starving."
