In case of any problem or error encountered during the entry of your shipping information while placing an order, you must make contact with La Loge under 24h. When this time period has passed, your order may have been shipped. La loge is not responsible for any delivery refusal by the postal services or for any delivery delays and package losses.
Shipping is free in France for orders over 99 euros !
La loge prépare toutes vos commandes à la main, seuls les articles de la papeterie et les créations prêtes à envoyer sont susceptibles d'être stockés et peuvent être envoyés plus rapidement.
MANUFACTURING TIME AND SHIPPING
La loge prepares every package by hand and to order, only the stationery products are subject to being stocked and could be shipped quicker than other products.
Note : if your package contains several products, La loge will send all products in one package, which means you will have to wait for all creations to be manufactured for your order to be sent.
The manufacturing time can vary depending on the size of your order, the type of product bought or on the available materials.
After receiving the confirmation email and unless there are any contrary indication, your order is manufactured within 12 business days; to this delay will be added the delivery time which varies depending on the address put in for the order : from 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan France or Europe and from 15 to 30 business days for all other countries.

La loge provides shipping in Metropolitan France and DOM, in Europe and in the rest of the world.
The pricings listed are updated every year on january 1st, following the evolution of La Poste's pricing.

Returns are limited to 14 days after receiving the order (the carrier processing date will be taken into account), after this time, La loge will not be able to take back any product. A picture of the defective product will be asked from you if it has been damaged during shipping. No returns or refunds will be granted for personalized orders.
